A hotel block has been placed at Candlewood Suites in Lansing. When booking, please use the block code ISA to receive the special rates. The below block rates are good through May 17, 2026. After this date, the hotel rates increase to the normal amount.

Reservations are subject to the group’s room block availability. Changes in arrival date must be made by 4:00 PM, 24-hours before the arrival date, by calling the hotel directly at (517) 351-8181 or a charge of one night’s lodging plus applicable tax will apply to the credit card or master account. Additionally, a change affecting the length of stay requires an advance notice of 48-hours.
Credit cards that Candlewood Suites can accept at this time are American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA. Airport Transportation
The preferred airports are Lansing Metro Airport (LAN) and Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW).
The most commonly used transportation between East Lansing and DTW is the Michigan Flyer: https://www.michiganflyer.com/. The flyer comes equipped with Wi-Fi and is a very reasonable price. When you arrive in East Lansing, you will need to utilize a Lyft, Uber, or taxi to take you to the hotel. Those are all readily available.
The most commonly used transportation between East Lansing and LAN is Lyft, Uber, or a taxi. There are not currently any shuttle options to the hotel.
